About the Inn

White Sails Inn

Welcome to the White Sails Inn, a quintessential Kennebunk bed and breakfast. The inn, previously known as the Elizabeth Rose House, sold on April 5, 2022, to Maine native, Armand Boudreau, and was sold again as the White Sails Inn on May 5, 2023, to Susanne Lillis, a 19-year-long Rangeley, Maine resident born and raised in Sonderborg, Denmark.

Since then, there have been exciting changes to the property, including interior painting and new décor, landscaping, the addition of the Shipwreck Pub in 2022, an outdoor fire pit, a refreshed patio area with chaise lounges, and more. A two-room suite was also added providing a great option for extended family or unique quarters for two couples traveling together. The inn has retained its charm; however, the cozy coastal Maine vibe has been maintained. Check out all our rooms!
